These are a range of Lino prints that I did and then scanned in and manipulated them using Photoshop. I used Hue and Saturation and also posturised some of them.

I went on a trip to Blackpool for the project Narrative. My idea for the trip was to photograph down the pier/beach and also look into the deserted parts of the attraction.

Experimental Portraiture done in the darkroom

I used a range of different apertures to get different light and shadow. I also used spotlights to create dramatic shadowing and lighting. I found that the shadows where more contrasted on the white background however the highlights really stood out on the black background and looked a lot better to me.

With the use of Photoshop I cropped down the images to give them a stronger composition.

I used Photoshop to layer this image and change the colour.
